ESPGHAN The Digest – February/March 2023
Dear ESPGHAN Members and colleagues,
We would like to begin with an expression of solidarity and compassion with the Turkish and Syrian people affected by the devastating earthquake that occurred in the first week of February. With dedicated agencies focussing on the emergency phase, ESPGHAN will continue to monitor the situation and contribute when required in line with any specific needs for children in our specialty areas.
From a societal perspective, we recently held a series of important meetings, including our Annual Strategy Day, where the topics discussed included Research and Science initiatives, and communications within the society. We are working on plans for improvement in these areas and hope to disseminate to members in the coming period.
